Watson Realty Corp. has announced that Justin Garrett has been selected as executive vice president over the Property Management Division of Watson Realty Corp.
Garrett, a native of Las Cruces, New Mexico, came to Florida when he was in the U.S. Navy in 2000. He joined Watson Realty Corp. after obtaining his real estate license in 2008 and has gained a wealth of experience within the company. In 2009, he was promoted to office manager for the Atlantic/Neptune Beach office with Watson Property Management.
After several successful years at that location, Garrett was asked to help grow the newest office to the Watson Property Management team in St. Johns County. In 2014 he was promoted to regional manager of the Property Management Coastal Florida offices, from St. Johns, Florida to Port St. Lucie.

During his tenure with Watson Realty Corp., Garr married his wife, Lisa, and they have two children, Isla and Skylar.
