Realtor Holly Hayes has been named the new branch manager of the Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee office for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty.
Hayes will succeed Kevin Waugaman, who has been named vice president of core services in the company’s corporate office. Hayes joined the Ponte Vedra Beach office more than 10 years ago and, according to the company, has achieved significant success as a top producing Realtor and relocation agent. The company said she is known for her tireless work ethic and approachable style. Hayes prides herself on honesty, authenticity and a willingness to put others’ needs ahead of her own in every transaction.
In addition to Hayes’ appointment, the company announced that broker/associate Tracy Glochau has been named the new branch manager of the St. Augustine and Murabella offices. Glochau succeeds Ann King, who has been promoted to vice president of brokerage in the company’s corporate office.
Since joining the St. Augustine office more than five years ago, the company said Glochau’s attention to detail and result-oriented approach to business have helped her rank among the top producers. She believes her emphasis on customer service, integrity and loyalty have been the keys to growing her business and earning the respect of her peers. Glochau is a graduate of Flagler College.
According to the company, the management team changes are resulting from company growth and market expansion, and designed to support an increase in client and agent service offerings.
“We are thrilled to have Holly and Tracy move into these new roles,” said Christy Budnick, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty president and CEO. “These two outstanding women are talented leaders and are focused on bringing exceptional value to their Realtors and clients. I am confident their commitment to the team and dedication to our industry will ensure continued success for our Ponte Vedra/Nocatee and St. Augustine/Murabella offices.”
Hayes and Glochau joined the company’s Assistant Manager Training Program earlier this year and have been working with members of the leadership team while managing their real estate business.
“Holly and Tracy are recognized for their strength, integrity and trust, and I am excited for both to take on new roles with the company,” said Linda Sherrer, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty founder and chairman. “Their experience, success and passion for helping others reach their highest potential will benefit our current associates, new team members and most importantly, our customers, as the company continues to grow.”
The company also announced last week that Don Cline has been named vice president of business development in the corporate office. In his new role, Cline will continue as broker/manager of the Beaches office.
