Corner Lot Development Group celebrated the groundbreaking of Palm Island last Friday, Sept. 28, with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The private, gated island is accessed off San Pablo Road in the Isle of Palms just minutes from Mayo Clinic, the St. Johns Town Center and the Beaches. Palm Island will offer 18 custom homesites, all with their own private docks and deep-water access. Intracoastal, canal and marsh view lots are available.
Palm Island will feature a Caribbean flavor with British West Indies colonial-style
architecture and home/lot packages starting at $1 million. The community will offer
