The DONNA Foundation hosted the 19th running of its annual DONNA 5K at TPC Sawgrass on Oct. 10, wrapping up the 2026 Fearless Series. The sold-out race saw more than 1,700 runners, walkers, breast cancer survivors and friends –– including champions from Jacksonville Beach and St. Johns County –– run through the “back nine” of THE PLAYERS Stadium Course at TPC Sawgrass.

Nearly 100 volunteers from Predator Group, THE PLAYERS, DONNA Youth Ambassador Team, cheerleading teams from Mayport Middle School and Jacksonville University and many more helped make the race possible.

New champions took nearly every category this year, including:

  • Overall female champion: Chloe Kisling, 20:07, of St. Augustine. The 14-year-old champion runs track and field for Tocoi Creek High School.
  • Overall male champion: Samuel Cassiani, 16:37, of Saint Johns. The 17-year-old champion runs cross country at Creekside High School.
  • Survivor female champion: Andrea Sharp, 24:06, of Jacksonville Beach. She is a previous overall survivor winner of the DONNA 5K at TPC Sawgrass.
  • Survivor male champion: Giampaholo Alcivar, 31:05, of Jacksonville.
  • Virtual champion: Emily Franco, 29:06, of Victorville, California.

Champions were celebrated alongside 266 athletes who completed the 2026 DONNA Fearless Series, presented by Wingard, commemorating their participation in all three DONNA Signature events this year (DONNA Marathon Weekend, DONNA Mother’s Day 5K and the DONNA 5K at TPC Sawgrass).

The race also surpassed its Breast Cancer Awareness Month fundraising challenge with more than $29,800 raised, meeting the $15,000 matching gift made possible by THE PLAYERS and The Chartrand Family, for a total of $44,879 raised. Funds raised support The DONNA Foundation’s mission to provide hope, support and financial relief to those living with breast cancer.

Taking The DONNA Foundation across the fundraising finish line this year was the team from Noc’n Out Breast Cancer, led by Robin Robson and Jen Shields, who presented a check for $27,092 that was raised throughout the year on Saturday morning. In five years, this fundraising team has raised more than $100,000 for The DONNA Foundation.

If you missed the 5K at TPC, several race opportunities are upcoming. Registration is open for the 20th running of DONNA Marathon Weekend scheduled for Feb. 5-7 and the 110-Mile-a-Day challenge is still underway. Learn more at thedonnafoundation.org.
