The Donna Foundation hosted its signature fall event, the Donna 5K at TPC Sawgrass, presented by Dream Finders Homes, on Saturday, Oct. 11. This event is a highlight of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in Northeast Florida.
The Donna 5K celebrated its 18th running and it was the final race in the Donna 2025 Fearless Series presented by Wingard Marketing & Communications. The funds raised from the race go to support The Donna Foundation’s mission to provide hope, support and financial relief to those living with breast cancer and their families.
There were more than 1,300 participants at the race which took place at the “Back 9” of THE PLAYERS Stadium Course. In celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness month, participants, spectators and volunteers gathered at the finish line to celebrate survivorship and the foundation’s mission to help patients move from a place of fear to a place of love. Together, they raised more than $50,000 to support families living with breast cancer through The Donna CareLine.
Thirteen-year-old Chloe Kisling came in first place in the women’s group with a chip time of 21:26. Dylan Adams came in first place in the men’s group with a chip time of 17:42.
This event marked the conclusion of the 2025 Donna Fearless series and recognized runners who completed all three signature Donna races this year. Those runners earned their commemorative Fearless Series medal.
The race exemplifies the foundation’s dedication to celebrating survivorship throughout the year, especially during Breast Cancer Awareness month.
