An empowerment retreat will be held at the Residence Inn by Marriott Amelia Island on Feb. 8-9.
Trudy Toche, a “self-love” motivational speaker; Mary Ortiz, a relationship and intimacy coach; and Tammie Mohn, an author and certified yoga instructor, will lead the conference. Attendees will be able to learn powerful tools to love themselves and positively move forward in 2019. The conference costs $60 to attend.
The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 8, and from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 9. Special room rates may apply for all conference attendees.
