Academy Award-winning actress Goldie Hawn will be among the featured guests at the 40th Anniversary Art & Antiques Show.

To be held Dec. 1-4 at the Prime F. Osborn III Convention Center, the four-day show and sale is produced by The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital. In addition to antiques dealers from across the nation and around the world, the four-day show and sale features a children’s fashion show featuring current and former Wolfson patients along with lectures from iconic celebrities, designers, architects, party planners and more.

Hawn’s “conversation” will be presented Saturday, Dec. 3 at 11 a.m. Well-known for such feature films as “Private Benjamin,” “Foul Play,” “The First Wives Club” and “Cactus Flower” – for which she received an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress – Hawn is the founder of The Hawn Foundation, a public charity aimed at equipping children with the social and emotional skills needed to lead smarter, healthier and happier lives. She is also the creator of the MindUP Program, which fosters a classroom-learning environment where a child’s ability to academically succeed and personally thrive is maximized and directly linked to their overall state of well-being. The MindUP Program has been proven to reduce stress, improve academic performance, strengthen abilities for concentration and help children and educators thrive in a setting that becomes a community of learners.

Hawn is the author of two best-selling books: “A Lotus Grows in the Mud,” a memoir; and “10 Mindful Minutes,” offering guidance on raising healthy, joyful and resilient children.

Tickets for Hawn’s presentation are $50 and include admission to the Art & Antiques Show.
