iGuard Home Watch has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association.
The NHWA was formed in 2009 to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. It “keeps an eye on things” at vacation or primary homes while residents are away. All principals of NHWA Accredited Member companies are background-checked, insured and bonded.
Founder Tony Bahri has been a Jacksonville resident for 35 years and has owned multiple businesses, including a successful restaurant he operated for 30 years. With a background in sales and an understanding of client needs, he is committed to providing top-tier home watch services.
Bahri holds an Associate of Arts degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville and a mortgage broker license. His decision to establish a Home Watch business stems from a passion for protecting homeowners’ investments, providing reliable and trusted service, and preventing potential problems before they arise. He understands the importance of proactive property care and is committed to delivering peace of mind to his clients.
