The Colony at Twenty Mile is joining Nocatee’s Twenty Mile collection of neighborhoods in winter 2018.
The neighborhood will feature one- and two-story single-family homes ranging from 2,450 to 3,800 square feet of living space. David Weekley Homes, Providence Homes and ICI Homes will offer new homes starting in the high $300s. Model homes are projected to open in winter 2018.

Tidewater at Nocatee townhome grand opening
A grand opening event will be held Saturday, July 7 to showcase the three-story townhomes in Tidewater at Nocatee.
To be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 108 Tidecrest Parkway, the event will provide attendees with more information about Tidewater, which also offers two-car garages and access to a private amenity center, pool and clubhouse, as well as access to Nocatee Community Park and proximity to the Nocatee Town Center.
