The UNF Music Technology Ensemble is an electroacoustic group under the direction of Michael Taylor. This group is not limited to a specific genre, or even by the instrumentation of the group, allowing for an extremely diverse cross-section of repertoire to be performed. Past concerts have included historically significant repertoire, unorthodox methods of playing music, greatest hits of the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s, film score and video game music. The goal of the ensemble is to provide a fun and educational environment for students to become familiar with music technology.

Building “junkbots” is a fun activity where you can turn recycled materials —like plastic bottles and cardboard tubes — into robots.
