Members of the general public will have an opportunity to view the new amenities and homes at The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach this weekend, when the gated community hosts its spring community open house.
To be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday May 1, the event will include tours of more than 20 homes ranging in price from $499,999 to $1,899,000. Guests will also have an opportunity to view The Plantation’s newly renovated beach club and Plantation Commons, a new amenities park featuring a croquet lawn and state-of-the-art playground.
Visitors are invited to check in at The Plantation clubhouse for home listings, maps, refreshments and amenity tours. Guests may then make their way through the community to view the participating homes and experience the new amenities first-hand.
The Plantation at Ponte Vedra Beach had record-breaking home and lot sales in 2015, officials said, noting that new construction options, resale homes and a few lots are still available. Plantation amenities include a golf course, private beach club, tennis facility, fitness center, amenity park and a clubhouse with dining and social activites for all ages.
