The stockings are hung by the chimney with care, the candles are ready to be lit, and The Social Society is prepared to help with all your gift-giving and hosting needs this holiday season.
The brightly decorated store in the Nocatee Town Center is filled to the brim with gifts that will tell your loved ones you’ve been thinking of them.
You could throw together a beautiful basket filled with The Social Society’s specially designed shatterproof wine glasses, the “Shake. Stir. Sip” cocktail recipe book, a funny Christmas wine bottle label that jokes about being “more effective than mistletoe” and a pack of Hot Toddy Christmas Cocktail Napkins. Or, you could gather some items for the Swiftie in your life, such as the Showgirl Era Candle, The Life of a Showgirl Swiftie Pens set, the Pink Letter Bead DIY Guitar Box and more.
Know someone who’s proud to rep the North Florida ZIP code? Gift them a set of shatterproof wine glasses with Nocatee’s numbers and add to the excitement by grabbing one of the Illustrated Florida Map Notebooks and the “Penney Farms Princess: For the Love of Food” cookbook, along with a witty greeting card crafted by another local artist.
“I have a vinyl in the store that says, ‘It’s the thought that counts,’” said Seri Kertzner, chief party officer and founder of The Social Society. “That’s how I source things. I base them on being thoughtful. You know your friends. You know what they like. If you get them gifts that are tailored to them, that really shows you were thoughtful.”
If gifting an experience sounds like something more up your alley, The Social Society also hosts several in-store monthly events spanning all sorts of fun arts and crafts and mixology classes, which can make a perfect gift.
Hosting-wise, The Social Society remains a one-stop shop for those party planning needs. Pick up a pack of Happy Hanukkah Menorah Small Plates and Gold Tinsel Fringe Garland to make any holiday gathering feel special, or check out the Nutcracker Coloring Placemats and the Merry & Bright Christmas Crepe Crackers to keep the kiddos entertained on Christmas night.
Among the most popular items in the store this season are the 30-inch and 18-inch Holiballs, which resemble giant, inflatable versions of those pretty red-and-green baubles on a Christmas tree. Paired with festive Christmas balloons, shiny starburst balloons and colorful holiday-themed balloon arches, these Holiballs are sure to put guests in the spirit of the holidays.
