Santa Claus is coming to town! For four weeks this holiday season, Ancient City Farmstead is hosting the second annual Christmas Experience, an outdoor festival packed with family fun and holiday cheer.
“The Christmas Experience at Ancient City Farmstead is designed to be a holiday gift from our family to yours,” said Dan Laubacker, president of Ancient City Land Management, the family-owned company behind Ancient City Farmstead. “Last year we welcomed more than 12,000 visitors from around North Florida, and we hope to see even more families this holiday season coming out to enjoy the festive atmosphere, spend quality time together and experience a little bit of the North Pole in North Florida!”
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from Nov. 28 to Dec. 21, families can enjoy festivities spread across Ancient City Farmstead’s 60-acre property, including:
- Santa’s Workshop: See where the magic happens! Sip a cup of cocoa while visiting with Santa and Mrs. Claus, with a free photo opportunity.
- Outdoor skating rink: Lace up your skates and soak in the holiday spirit on our outdoor skating rink.
- Rockefeller Christmas tree: Each night, Santa helps light a 50-foot Christmas tree, just like at Rockefeller Center in New York City.
- Festivities for the young and young at heart: Enjoy “reindeer games,” bounce houses and craft stations.
- Shop for holiday gifts with local vendors and artisans.
- Enjoy local food trucks and other themed concessions.
