Village Arts Framing & Gallery’s fall open house will be held 1-4 p.m. Nov. 8. The gallery is in Sawgrass Village located between Hilton Garden Inn and Chico’s. Gallery visitors will enjoy an afternoon of art, refreshments and connection. Artwork by 16 local artists will be on display and available for purchase.
Cindy Zeigler, one of the artists, said the open house is a great opportunity to get to know the artists and start your holiday shopping. Zeigler encouraged gallery visitors to bring a friend and enjoy an afternoon supporting the arts.
Village Arts Framing & Gallery offers the largest selection of custom frames in Northeast Florida with four walls full of frames to choose from.
“No project is too big or small for our expert framers, we offer conservation and museum glass for your cherished works of art,” their website says.
Established in 1975 in Jacksonville, the gallery moved to Ponte Vedra Beach in 1992. In April this year, the gallery celebrated 50 years and won Best of the Best of Ponte Vedra Beach in 2023.
Regular gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. To be in-the-know about upcoming events and artist demonstrations, sign up for their newsletter on their website: https://villageartspvb.com/events.html.
