Walk Steady PT, LLC is a mobile clinic that provides physical therapy services, wellness and Parkinson’s-specific exercise programs in your home in St. Johns County. Skilled PT services focus on individuals suffering from dizziness, vestibular dysfunction, concussion, Parkinson’s disease and/or balance/gait deficits. A physician referral is not necessary. Wellness programs include tailored exercise programs to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Parkinson’s-specific exercise programs currently offered include PWR! Moves.
How do your clients benefit from PT and wellness programs?
By providing the clients with the support they need to enhance their wellbeing and confidence in their movement.
What inspired you to start your business?
I wanted to be able to offer specialized services and be able to spend more time with each client while delivering more personalized care, free from insurance constraints.
Tell us about your background, especially as it applies to your career.
I received my doctorate in physical therapy from the University of South Florida in 2017, paving the way of my commitment to helping others on their path to recovery. My clinical interests are embedded in geriatrics, vestibular dysfunction and Parkinson’s. I am a board-certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist. I am also certified in vestibular and concussion therapy and a certified PWR! Moves therapist.
I have a passion for learning and improving my skills as a physical therapist. Aside from my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and fur animals. I enjoy spending time outside playing with my dogs, hiking and paddleboarding.

I love being able to help clients regain function and independence so they can get back to doing the things they love with more confidence in their movement.
