Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Florida Network Realty welcomed Peggie Black and Stephanie Lancer to its Ponte Vedra office.

Black is an active member of Jacksonville’s arts community, having recorded a Jazz album in Memphis and worked as a vocal coach and ventriloquist in art therapy. At the age of 19, she co-founded Marcol Publishing in Memphis, and learned the trades of direct sales and marketing.

After moving to Northeast Florida more than 25 years ago and continuing to grow her ties to the arts community, Black decided to help others find their roots in Ponte Vedra as an agent at BHHS Florida Network Realty.

Continuing her passion for giving back to the community, Black was a founding member of the University of North Florida College of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Council, is a soloist at Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra Beach and is a Jacksonville Ronald McDonald House volunteer.

“Homebuyers who are looking to put down roots in Ponte Vedra, and who are looking to flourish in their community should look no further than Peggie,” said Kevin Waugaman, broker/manager of the Ponte Vedra office. “Her passion for the arts, her community and for volunteering will translate well into a passion for her career in real estate and passion for her clients to buy or sell their perfect home.”

Waugaman also praised new hire Lancer, welcoming her to the team as well.

“Stephanie makes a great addition to the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty team,” he said. “With the support of her family of Realtors and now the BHHSFNR team, Stephanie’s career will reach new heights. We look forward to celebrating her accomplishments.”
