Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty to host senior seminar on downsizing

An Marshall and Kit Zayas of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty have created a new senior seminar to assist downsizing homeowners, and the first event for the program will be held Thursday, April 4, in St. Augustine.  

Known as Downsize Northeast Florida, the program includes more than 25 vendors and six speakers. Guests can enjoy refreshments while gathering information and advice from professionals on numerous topics, including organizing, staging, home maintenance, home services, living options, law, health care and financial industries. There will be presentations on moving management, digital information storage, staging benefits, resource information, estate planning basics and downsizing personal belongings. 

To be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the event will take place at St. Anastasia Celebration Hall at 5205 A1A S. It is free and hosted by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty and sponsored by Active Boomers & Seniors.com. Space is limited.
