On July 11, the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce - PVB Division and the Jax Chamber Beaches Division honored local service members for their commitment to community service over and above their duties as active military personnel. Members and guest met for a luncheon at Sawgrass Beach Club in Ponte Vedra Beach.
The chambers collected donations for the Greater Jacksonville Area USO Council, and a special request was made for diapers, baby formula, canned vegetables, pasta and pet food.
