Davidson Realty welcomes five new agents

Northeast Florida realty firm Davidson Realty, Inc. recently welcomed five new real estate agents.

Justin Hahn brings to Davidson several years of experience in sales and marketing. 

“Justin’s marketing know-how and experience building customer relationships make him a great fit with our team,” Sherry Davidson, president of Davidson Realty said. “We are glad to welcome Justin to Davidson Realty.”

Hahn is originally from Muskegon, Michigan. He earned a degree in marketing and management from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. Before following his passion for real estate, he had a successful career in the outdoor advertising industry. 

Today, Hahn is eager to utilize his skills in sales, marketing, negotiations and relationship-based customer service to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process. 

Matt Roberts holds a business degree in financial services and has experience in customer service.

“Matt has a solid background and is naturally driven to ensure customers walk away happy with their experience. He is a great addition to our team,” Davidson said.

Originally from St. Petersburg, Roberts relocated to Jacksonville to attend the University of North Florida, where he earned a business degree in financial services. He spent time in the automotive industry working for Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Volkswagen prior to entering the real estate industry

New agent Pam Lareau spent decades as an educator before pursuing real estate. Prior to earning her real estate license, Lareau worked at the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind in St. Augustine before teaching in public schools for 20 years. 

Brian Martin has been a licensed Realtor for 15 years and brings experience in commercial and residential sales, property management and homebuilder sales and marketing to Davidson Realty. 

“Brian has time-tested experience within many facets of real estate,” Davidson said. “Between his industry expertise and dedication to superior service, Brian will be a valuable asset to his clients.”

Martin earned a degree in communications and video production from Lyndon State College in Vermont before setting out on a television career. He moved over to real estate in 1995, working in property management. Martin earned his real estate license in 2001 and shifted to commercial and residential sales. He spent years in sales and marketing with national home builders including Centex Homes, Mattamy Homes and Standard Pacific Homes.

Travis Skoglund’s background includes 25 years in real estate in addition to experience in the agriculture and automotive industries. A Northern Minnesota native, he holds a degree in heavy diesel mechanics. Skoglund managed a successful cattle and crop operation, and later an automotive center before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 1991 He relocated to the First Coast in 2002.
