More than 200 guests recently enjoyed an exclusive VIP preview celebrating a new model home at EvenTide in Ponte Vedra Beach.
In addition to hors d’oeuvres, libations and an exhibition of original artwork by local artist Joan Carver, guests at the March 21 event were among the first to tour the Tidewater showcase home by Arthur Rutenberg Homes by Mark Refosco. The event was hosted by GreenPointe Communities.
