Three of GreenPointe Communities’ builder model homes were honored in the Northeast Florida Parade of Homes.
Awards were presented to Dream Finders Homes for its Vilano model and MasterCraft Builder Group for its Thomas Plus model at TrailMark, a community in St. Johns County. Arthur Rutenberg Homes by Mark Refosco was honored for its Tidewater model at EvenTide, a Ponte Vedra Beach neighborhood.
