Kristin McLauchlan, chairman and chief executive officer of Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices, recently announced the promotions of Natalie Johns to associate director and relationship manager, and James Tronti to portfolio management associate.

Promoted from her previous position of relationship manager coordinator, Johns has been with Legacy Trust for three years. In her new role, she will work closely with the company’s investment and operations staff to guarantee clients’ financial, tax and estate planning needs are met in a holistic way. She will also work closely with Legacy Trust’s “second generation” clients, helping to craft budget and savings goals post-college and pre-retirement. A Florida native, Johns received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida in political science, and in November will obtain her MBA with a concentration in finance through American Military University.

As portfolio management associate, Tronti will assist in various areas of managing clients’ investment accounts. He is largely responsible for ensuring the portfolios are in line with target allocations, executing the trades necessary to raise cash for distributions and bringing the different funds back in line with goal weightings. Tronti is also involved in maintaining the data for performance reports and making sure transactions match up and the reports are displaying accurate figures to present during client meetings. A Ponte Vedra Beach native, Tronti received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University.

“We are deeply committed to our staff and want to ensure that when they bring their talents to Legacy Trust, they are rewarded with a work environment that supports their growth and their future goals,” McLauchlan said. “Natalie and James represent our brand and our clients in such a positive way, and the board and our management team are grateful to have them as part of Legacy Trust.”
