Local author Shelley Marsh has announced the upcoming release of her debut cozy mystery, “Dying to Live Here,” the first book in The Estate Sale Mysteries series. The novel will be published by Fawkes Press on Feb. 10 and will be available in paperback and ebook.
Set in a wealthy Florida beach community, “Dying to Live Here” follows Emma Stewart, a former tech worker who relocates to the coast hoping for a fresh start. When she stumbles upon the body of a powerful homeowners’ association president during an unauthorized home viewing, Emma is pulled into a web of neighborhood politics, hidden grudges and long-buried secrets.
