Construction by AB Beach Boulevard, LLC is now underway on a four-building, 85,000-square-foot industrial park in South Jacksonville Beach.
Located at 950 10th St. S. in Jacksonville Beach, the Beaches Industrial Park is five minutes from J. Turner Butler Boulevard.
According to AB Beach Boulevard, LLC, the 4.5-acre development will be the largest industrial complex of its kind at the Beaches and will open in summer 2019. Units ranging from 1,200 to 26,000 square feet will feature 14-by-14-foot roll-up doors, three-phase power, 25-foot ceilings and 6-inch slabs able to support extreme, heavy duty racking systems.
AB Beach Boulevard, LLC says the new industrial park is zoned to accommodate a variety of businesses, and provides ample space for those wanting to store RVs, boats, etc.
General contracting for the industrial park is being provided by Atkins Builders.
AB Beach Boulevard, LLC filed as a Florida Limited Liability in the State of Florida on March 23, 2016. Partners include John Atkins, William “Bubba” Ryan and Atillio Cerqueira.
