Ocean Palms Elementary School welcomed the new school year with an “ahoy”!
Embarking on a “Charting the Course Together” theme for this school year, Ocean Palms set out on this new journey with tours for kindergartners and new families, during which attendees saw classrooms and learned about the school in preparation for the year ahead.
Teachers and staff were then welcomed back to campus with a luncheon from Sierra Grille, where the staff donned costumes with a nautical flair to embrace the year’s theme.
Finally, Meet the Teacher brought in a wave of students and their families to see their new classrooms, meet staff, sign up for school programs and more. OPE is ready to dive in to an exciting new year!
