Local residents searching for the perfect gift for that special someone will want to stop by the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach’s annual Holiday Shoppes event.
To be held from Thursday, Nov. 10 through Saturday Nov. 12, the popular annual event moves to a new location this year, as the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall hosts the seasonal shopping extravaganza. With nearly two dozen vendors from around the country, Holiday Shoppes will feature a variety of one-of-a-kind gifts including clothing and accessories, fine jewelry, ceramics, home accessories, children’s clothing, gourmet items and more. Food trucks will also be on site to provide refreshments.
Shopping hours for Holiday Shoppes will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 10, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 11-12. Admission is $5.
Timeless Design raffle
In keeping with the holiday spirit, the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach is holding a raffle for an artistic package featuring an original work of art by Ponte Vedra Beach artist Susan Woodburn. Presented in collaboration with Janet Westling and Jennifer Turner, “Marsh on the Harbour” will be raffled off along with a rug from Fixer Uppers’ Joanna Gaines and her Magnolia Market rug collection. Raffle tickets are $100 and will be available at cultural center receptions throughout the season.
Founded in 1994, the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach is a nonprofit dedicated to bringing the arts to the local community. With programs for both children and adults, the center offers more than 170 ongoing art classes, summer camps and workshops led by regional and national artists. From drawing and sewing to sculpture, pottery, music, dance and more, the center provides opportunities for artists working in all media and of all skill levels.
