Sing Out Loud Festival announces Local Artist Showcases

100+ artists will play during the free Local Artist Showcases presented by PNC Bank

Sing Out Loud has announced the return of one of its most beloved traditions, the Local Artist Showcases. Presented by PNC Bank, the Local Artist Showcases will feature more than 100 local and regional acts performing across multiple venues during the first three weekends of September. All Local Artist Showcases are free and open to the public.

The Local Artist Showcases are a cornerstone of the Sing Out Loud Festival experience, offering music fans an opportunity to explore Northeast Florida’s diverse and vibrant music scene. From indie rock and bluegrass to hip hop, country, spoken word and comedy, the lineup reflects the richness of talent found throughout the region.

“These showcases are an essential part of what makes Sing Out Loud so special,” said Pepper Miller, Sing Out Loud programming coordinator. “They shine a light on the talent in our community and create meaningful opportunities for discovery. And because the events are free, they also serve as a welcoming way for people to come together and celebrate music throughout September.”

“This festival is a standout celebration of the character and creativity of our community, and the showcases are the heart of the experience,” said Chris Kalin, PNC regional president for North Florida. “We’re proud to join Sing Out Loud in presenting an event that not only enriches our cultural landscape but also contributes to the economic vitality of our region through its support of local artists and businesses.”

Now in its ninth year, Sing Out Loud Festival has grown into one of the largest and most dynamic music festivals in Florida, spanning four weekends each September. The festival’s marquee weekend, the Live Wildly Showcase, takes place Sept. 20 and 21 at Francis Field in downtown St. Augustine and features national headliners including Hozier, Beabadoobee, Vance Joy, The Teskey Brothers, sombr, Rilo Kiley and more. Tickets for the Live Wildly Showcase are on sale now at singoutloudfestival.com/events/detail/live-wildly-showcase.

Sing Out Loud Festival is curated and produced by SJC Cultural Events Inc., which operates the award-winning St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Ponte Vedra Concert Hall and the nationally recognized Fort Mose Jazz & Blues Series.
