Stillwater by Lennar, the 549-home adult and golf community in St. Johns County unveiled six model homes at a model park grand opening event on Oct. 23.

“Stillwater’s world-class amenities set this community apart from many in the area,” said Matt Devereaux, division president for Lennar in North Florida. “With bundled golf club membership, our ‘Everything’s Included’ program and convenient location, we anticipate Stillwater will sell out quickly. More than 70 percent of phase one homesites are already sold.”

Membership to the 18-hole golf course comes included with home purchase. Designed by renowned architect Bobby Weed, the course marks the first 18-hole golf course built in the area since 2004. Stillwater will also be the first adult community with a golf course in Northeast Florida.

Weed’s design features loops of three, six and nine holes returning to the clubhouse, which allows members to play as their time permits.

“Don’t expect a golf course from the past,” said Weed, president and CEO of Bobby Weed Golf Design. “As the area’s first new course in almost two decades, we are providing Lennar with something distinct and different.”

The course comes with a driving range featuring TopTracer technology created by Topgolf Entertainment Group. The technology allows avid golfers and newcomers alike to enjoy the game of golf by making it a more social experience for the whole family.

Additional Stillwater amenities include a clubhouse with an on-site restaurant and pro shop, resort-style swimming pool, fitness center and pickleball and tennis courts. The community will also cater to active adult residents with regular featured events and activities that promote an active, social lifestyle.

Stillwater offers homebuyers 13 distinct floor plans to choose from. New model homes on display at the grand opening event include the Siena and Topez floor plans from the villa collection, the Jessica and Alexia plans from the 40s royal collection, and the Charle and Trevi plans from the 50s royal collection.

Homes range in size from approximately 1,500 to 2,300 square feet of living space and include a two-car garage, along with two to four bedrooms and two to three-and-a-half bathrooms, depending on lot size. Prices start in the $300,000s.

Every new Lennar home comes with high-end features and upgrades at no additional cost, thanks to the homebuilder’s signature “Everything’s Included” program. Many featured floor plans also include an office or “study,” a response to the surge in demand for work-from-home spaces. The plans reflect the desire to stay social with large, open gathering rooms with high ceilings and covered lanais and porches that are meant to entertain.
