Tamaya opens new Residents Club, entrance and fully furnished and decorated model homes


A highly anticipated Residents Club, a new grand entrance and six recently built and decorated model homes are now open in Jacksonville’s master planned-community Tamaya.

Tamaya’s new grand entrance fronting Beach Boulevard leads to a two-story gatehouse welcoming residents and guests to the community. Located inside the main gates, the 10,000 square foot Residents Club has been designed as a hub for entertainment and gatherings as well as a place for fitness, wellness and relaxation. Designed to reflect Tamaya’s Mediterranean influences, it offfers a casual elegance with contemporary Renaissance style, featuring a spacious great room with a catering kitchen, a clubroom, a covered porch and an outdoor patio.

The Residents Club offers two pools, a cabana and nearly 5,000 square feet of fitness space. The step-down pool area features a tower slide, a bathhouse and seating around the competition pool and zero-entry family pool. The facility also features an outdoor palm court bar featuring a spa garden area.

ICI’s model row in the Bella Nika neighborhood features six new furnished and decorated model homes showcasing Tamaya’s architecture and design style.
