Toll Brothers begin sales at Shearwater, model home construction underway

Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, started sales this month for its new single-family home community in Shearwater, a master-planned residential development on County Road 210 in northern St. Johns County.

Toll Brothers at Shearwater will include 66 two-story single-family homes priced from the low $400,000s, each built with the outstanding quality, craftsmanship and value for which Toll Brothers is known. Home buyers will be able to select from five popular home designs, including the Anastasia Elite, the Anna Maria, the Captiva Elite, the Julington and the San Tropez.

Construction is underway on the community’s model home, a two-story, 3,075 square-foot Anna Maria, which will open this spring.

 The Anna Maria’s open floor plan is highlighted by a two-story foyer that leads to an expansive great room, a gourmet kitchen with a large center island and adjacent dining area and a covered lanai.
