To be held from 12:30 to 6 p.m., the dinner costs $65 for adults and $24 for kids ages 4 to 12. Featured menu items will include brown butter and cognac infused lobster bisque; snow crab claws with drawn butter and datil remoulade; bluepoint oysters with pomegranate mignonette and lemons; Sawgrass Smoker’s glazed ham with bee hill honey; apple cider-brined turkey with herb gravy and cranberry chutney; peppercorn and roasted garlic crusted prime rib with horseradish gremolata; smoked sea salt whipped potatoes; eggnog cheesecake with gingersnap crust; and hot chocolate mousse shooters.
