Moonlight Movie: ‘Max’

The Jacksonville Beach Moonlight Movie series
continues through the month of May. On May 20, the featured movie will be “Max.” Movies are free and are shown on a large screen on stage at the Seawalk Pavilion. Movies start at 9 p.m. Bring a lawn chair or a blanket and picnic before the movie. A vendor will be on site selling popcorn, candy and beverages. Palm Valley Food Truck Festival


The Palm Valley Food Truck Festival will take place Friday May 20 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. under the Palm Valley Bridge, 383 S. Roscoe Blvd. on S. In addition to food trucks, there will be beer and wine available for purchase, face painting,the Ponte Vedra High School Sharkappelas group, and The Marshall Band.
This event is sponsored by and benefits the Palm Valley Community Charities, Inc., sidewalk campaign.

Nocatee Farmers Market: Jaguars Rally

The Nocatee Farmers Market: Jaguars Rally will be held May 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Nocatee Town Center Field, 100 Marketside Ave., Ponte Vedra Beach. The event will include special meet-and-greets and photo opportunities with former Jaguars players, members of the Jacksonville Roar and Jaxson de Ville. This event will also feature interactive Jaguars activities, a football toss and inflatables. Free face painting will be available, along with a bounce house. Cruise Into Summer

Tour The Hundred Oaks, the David Weekley Homes’ model in The Village at Twenty Mile, on May 21 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cruise line representatives and travel agents will be on site, enter for a chance to win $1,000 travel voucher for a cruise for two. Dancin’ in the Street

The 30th annual Dancin’ in the Street will take place May 21 at the Beaches Town Center. The street party featuring ocal artists, two live music stages, local food vendors and a KidZone area will begin at 11 a.m. Dancin’ in the Street has been held annually on the third Saturday of May since 1985. The St. Augustine Amphitheatre presents Chuck Ragan with Tim Barry and Whiskey & Co. in concert on May 22. This event will feature a special Backyard Oyster Roast from 5 to 7 p.m. with music staring at 6:30 p.m. There will be drink specials and Ancient City Brew samplings and $1 for every Ancient City brew sold will go directly to Matanzas Riverkeeper. Tickets are $18 in advance, $20 day of show or $35 for all you can eat oysters and a concert ticket.
