“Moms Matter” Support Group
Guests are welcome to join fellow mothers of newborns and infants who are experiencing any type of pregnancy or postpartum mood issue at the Y’s “Mom’s Matter” support group. In this group, held May 3 and 17 from 10 a.m. to noon, guests will receive support from others with similar experiences and learn skills to help alleviate symptoms. This support group is free to attend.
The Y Healthy Living Center will host childbirth education classes April 29 and June 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In this comprehensive series, guests and their coaches will build confidence in the birthing process as they gain a better understanding of what to expect.
